Review: The Body Shop Spa Fit Smoothing & Refining Body Scrub

The Body Shop stores were recently promoting ‘The Spa Fit’ range which happened to consist of a product that deserved to be written about.

The Body Shop Spa Fit Smoothing & Refining Body scrub comes in a jar of 200ml. I’ve used this product as a body scrub as well as a face scrub and my skin has never felt so soft and smooth. Monthly spa treatments & facials can be a little heavy on the wallet – instead it is best to invest in this product that leaves your skin smooth with a zesty scent. Most of the scrubs that I’ve tried previously often have a rough feel to them, which usually makes the scrubbing process harsh. But ‘The Spa Fit Smoothing & Refining Body Scrub’, consists of lemon & grapefruit essential oils that refines the skin texture leaving it softer. The scrub consists of a zesty citrus scent that has a refreshing impact on the skin. I don’t use this scrub daily mainly because I don’t prefer over exfoliating (which can be damaging for the skin). The 200 ml jar may seem less but quantity wise – even if you use a little it still works like you’ve used a handful of scrub.

Over all, I’m happy with this product. It exfoliates the skin well & gives a very soft texture after. I love the packaging, I definitely recommend this product to you guys!
