5 Steps Fruit Delight Dessert – A Recipe!

If you’re a desi then chances are that you’re already aware of this recipe! It’s something that everyone makes in Pakistan when they have guests over.

I absolutely love this dessert, it’s like comfort food for days when I’m low!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. Puck cream (2 cans)
  2. Condensed milk (1 mini can)
  3. Your favorite biscuits (as many as you want)
  4. Melted butter (2 tablespoons)
  5. Bananas (as many as you want)
  6. Strawberry
  7. Blueberries

You can decide on the fruits yourself, in Pakistan everyone usually makes this with tin pineapples and bananas. So you can really just use what’s convenient for you.

Here’s how you make the dessert:

Step 1: Crush the biscuits (either in a food processor or manually) and set it in the dish, pour melted butter over it to set. Freeze for 10 mins.

Step 2: Chop all the fruits that you’re going to use and set aside.

Step 3: In a bowl, add cream and condensed milk – mix it well together (don’t worry too much about the texture, it is supposed to be liquid-yyy)

Step 4: Take out the dish from the freezer, layer your fruits together and pour the cream mix all over.

Step 5: garnish with remaining biscuit crumbs and fruits and refrigerate for two hours & serve!

It is by far my go-to dish and I absolutely love it!
