Max Factor Transformation Kit

maxfactor

Hello make up geeks!

In my previous post I spoke about the Max Factor ‘Transformation Kit’ launch event, and as promised I’m sharing my genuine feedback about the products in the kit.

The brand Max Factor has been around for a really long time, I’ve grown up seeing my sisters use products from this brand, so it’s evident that they’ve been around for a while. Their latest launch, ‘The Transformation Kit’, is a MUST HAVE! (and I know i say this often, but hey I only post about brands/makeup that I genuinely like and this is MY FAVORITE this month!)

Here’s what the Kit includes:

  • Max Factor FACE FINITY ALL DAY FLAWLESS 3 IN 1 FOUNDATION: it’s 3 in 1 which means it works like a primer, concealer and foundation. Personally, I’m very very picky when it comes to foundations. For the longest time I’ve been using BB creams but let’s face it, a gal needs a good foundation for those special evenings where you HAVE to look flawless and this foundation does just THAT. First of all, it has a flawless matte finish which is brilliant because I hate the cakey texture that most foundations cause. Along with this, you don’t have to apply a lot of product, just two drops of this is good enough for the face and neck (you can apply more if you prefer a really good layer for foundation on your face) so it’s good value for money because it’ll last a while. facefinityfdn_bottleswithswatch
  • Max Factor Color Corrector : this works great for redness and dark circles – it however does cling onto dry patches if you have any, so if you have super dry skin I wouldn’t recommend this but over all I feel it covers really well especially using it after applying the foundation. It has great coverage – your dark circles won’t show in person or in pictures!max-factor_cc-sticks_revitaliser_yellow_ecommerce_cutout_hi-res_easy-resize-com
  •  Max Factor Pan Stik: this happens to be a stick foundation, personally I prefer liquid foundations- I feel they blend better on my skin. Along with this, the shade of this product is Cool Copper 14 which is a few shades darker than my skin tone so I can’t really use this as a foundation (this Kit was provided by Max Factor at the event hence the shade isn’t mine). But I do feel that this can be used for contouring, because it’s a foundation stick it’ll blend really well. I like contouring but not too much so for a subtle contour I think this works really well!max

The Kit also comes with a few flash cards which basically has step by step instructions for achieving bigger eyes, bigger lips, shorter nose, narrow nose and sharper cheekbones – with these products. I’m genuinely impressed with this kit I think it’s everything that a girl needs (HONEST!)

Max Factor’s all-new transformation kit is available in retail stores across the Middle East at AED 135.
