If there’s one thing I’ve struggled with in my 30s—aside from the actual adulting—it’s personal style. In my 20s, I dressed as loud as humanly possible (hence the name MS LOUD, born in that bold, fearless era). But now? That said, I’m not ready to give up on the OG outfit blog posts just yet—so here we go. One of my favorite trends this season? Denim. I recently got my hands on a denim dress I can’t wait to show you, and I’ve been fully obsessed with my latest denim-on-denim moment.

For this look, I borrowed my husband’s denim shirt (thanks, babe) and paired it with my trusty denim jeans. To break up the blue-on-blue and add a little print power, I threw on a plaid blazer—which, if I may say so, ties the whole thing together brilliantly.

Style may evolve, bodies may change, but the joy of putting together an outfit that feels so you? That never gets old.
